Divertito, per molti versi era come giocare a Megaman per NES ma piacevole.

One interesting thing that came up tonight during our stream of #AlwasAwakening is that @rainwarrior had to reverse engineer the movement of a boss by examining the original motion frame by frame and replicating it with quadratic #Bézier curves in NES hardware.

Aside from the theoretical interest of doing Bézier calculations on the NES, I found it very interesting that reverse engineering was needed at all. This is because the "source" is in Unity

I have to wait ONE WHOLE WEEK before I can play #AlwasAwakening again so now I'm doing that thing again where I am just reading the manual over and over again to hold me off.

I really like how with retro games you get the artwork twice: once in the manual, once in pixels. It's a twofer!

I'm a little sad I can't tell people to buy physical copies of the game anymore, but at least there will be a ROM release of #AlwasAwakening coming soon.

I don't even want to open it yet.
