I'm looking for a way to have cameras sitting indoor in the climate-controlled environment while being able to reliably see outside (without such issues as fogging up like with windows).

Weatherproofing cameras (IP66 is effectively required due to winter) is far too expensive and bothersome (as well as constantly requiring energy).

Any recommendations?
