/me has a sudden realization that I am a LOT of white people's greatest fear:

And anarchist.

It's mainly because they don't fucking know what "anarchist" means, and they can't take 5 minutes to sit down and read a basic primer, but there we have it.

Thank you to the shrieking white lady who connected those dots for me. I can't believe I didn't really think about this prior to this moment.

I'd just like to share that #AllanHoldsworth was a breathtakingly good artist, musician and guitar player.
I've just listened to Metal Fatigue and it's incredible.

Of course I knew of him, his name and equipment was everywhere in 80s and 90s contemporary musician world but I never really heard his music for some reason.

I heard it last year and it took my head clean off! I said at the time that it was the stuff I heard in other players and really liked but knew they weren't it's source, I didn't know who was. I found the source when I heard him.

Ive been trying to find downloads of his work that goes to his family and came up empty but I did discoverd that he was also a very good non violent activist in his youth and made big positive changes to the recognition of the rights of people with disabilities in the UK. None of the music media at the time ever mentioned that.
Digging a little bit deeper I noticed that two colours pop up in unison on many of his photos. Black and red. Was Allan also an #anarchist ?

These last few days i have been watching some of the videos from #Socialism2023. Some of it was interesting, like the panel on carceral sanity. But most of it was trying to sell books. And then there was Naomi Klein, who in one sentence said she still believed in the Green New Deal and Bernie Sanders, in other words reformist or #greenwashing stuff, and in the next seemed to say that we need an insurrection!? Uhm. And oh, she was also selling her latest book (which i will read, it sounds quite relevant).

I am definitely not a socialist.

But. The conference had a state of the art #COVID19-policy. And comparing this to some recent anarchist conferences and festivals made me despair yet again.

It has to be stated again and again, the #anarchist scene has glamorously failed and keeps failing during the ongoing pandemic and is therefore not the scene to be involved in as we enter the age of the pandemics.

Yes, COVID is not the last pandemic, far from it. In fact, COVID has even weakened our immune systems in such a fundamental way, that it opened the door even wider for future pandemics.

The ableist even eugenic turn i had to witness and even experience among people claiming to believe in #anarchy has been the biggest disappointment in my life. So far.

Get a fucking grip.
Let us build robust and radical communal care structures.
Mutual aid needs to be a praxis or fuck off.
Abolish the family.

What I plan to do is print, cut, and then paste to trash squares with all three on each square, then there's something physical to hand people in #anarchist spaces where it's got the separate links for the client and the server signup. No factoid today. It took a while to make this piece. I am sad. I have long been a cetacean fanatic since I was young and it breaks my heart everyday that these prisons exist. I am saddened by this beautiful creature and soul was forcefully imprisoned and forced to perform. Killing her as an entertainment spectacle, to be reduced to a profitable object for people to clap at. There is no freedom under kyriarchy. I find it horrifically fitting that her nickname was “Lolita”—a name notoriously used by the book of the same namesake which illustrates an abusive p*dophile who entrapped a girl and held her captive and abused her for years. This is not the name the young girl had, but in the book represented how the abusive man stripped her of her own name and her own humanity. It is also horribly poetic in that they were both finally free from the horrors that were brought upon them in death. Rest in peace Sk’aliChelh-tenaut. Swim free 💖🐬.

I used to work as software developer and enterprise architect.

This combination and the stress the world gave me made me broken beyond repair.
