Can anyone explain to me how I developed anhedonia (blunted emotions, lack of pleasure response / enjoyment) and aphantasia (inability to visualise, imagine things) as a result of Covid-19. Note immediately before the virus I had neither of these symptoms.

Sometimes I get a good #dissociation going but not right now. Also a #RecoveringAlcoholic.
