Technologically, nothing locks #Fediverse into #antivirality. #Virality features can be put in, on the cheap too.

@4fthawaiian @daltonfunbar There was a whole podcast I listened to about why it was purposefully not included as a feature (#antivirality). The theory: even displaying posts from meanies and commenting on them is a way of spreading that meanness itself. There were counter arguments, specifically from #POC communities: I believe I've not really done a great job summarizing. So here's the podcast link. Conflicted personally.
