A player group in the #Antillia #ttrpg is called an investigative consultancy, and is a formally organized group that has gotten together to take responsibility, and thus accept the magically-empowered consequences, for fixing a problem. People willing to take the hit and get stuff done become popular and are given support to keep doing it, as long as their solutions are viable. It's not a long term model, consequences build up and groups must retire and make way for new groups.

They have many other solutions in place, but not one has police, partly because the world has active karma and being an authoritarian tends to blow up in your face. The playtest has 3 slots open, and will start on or after Feb 1 if 4 slots are taken.

@JohnstonMR For #Antillia, where there are four physical forms (male, female, both, neither) there are words for the forms but no words for orientation or preference. Relationships get too complex, and nobody worries about the plumbing of the people involved. Someone who is fixated on a particular form is thought to be a little weird, but generally nobody will say anything.

I need to figure out how to work the name "Nishant Agarwal" into #Antillia, as he's the person who told me "It works by understanding", explaining Indian traffic patterns and really quite a lot of India to me in four words. I've used that sentence in one of the nations of Antillia, to explain their culture and government. That trip was in 2017, and I still sit with that line and reflect on how it explains so much that works and does not work.

I keep looking at the two lands I have left to complete for #Antillia and just don't have anything. I think I've at least temporarily run low on spite. Just not feeling it.
