I don't really know how to imagine Ring 6 - LoTown. It sounds like an agricultural zone, but it's implied to be away from sunlight. Can't imagine that being good for growing food. Further complicated by the fact that the next ring is Industry. Why would you squeeze farm fields between buildings? So maybe it's not fields. Vertical farming?
