March 20 is #WorldFrogDay , so I thought it's appropriate to post this shot of a sleeping Four-Lined Tree Frog (Polypedates leucomystax) spotted at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve on 17 March 2022. Yes, it has hanging vertically on the leaf. 🙂

An observation from August 2021. A White-lipped Frog (Chalcorana labialis) spotted at Dairy Farm Nature Park, Singapore. One of the few frogs I managed to see this year, instead of just hearing, sight unseen. 🙂

A Copper-cheeked Frog (Chalcorana cf. labialis) spotted perched on a plant at Dairy Farm Nature Park, Singapore, on 10 Aug 2021. Not often I see a frog waiting to have its photo taken. 🙂
This is a forest frog. The "cf." in its taxonomic name means its species identification is not yet certain. Basically, more taxonomic research needed on these frogs.

A Dark-sided Chorus Frog (Microhyla heymonsi) spotted at Kranji Marshes, Singapore, on 19 May 2021. I spotted this tiny frog hopping on the pavement and chased after it before it hopped into the grass.
These are common frogs but difficult to spot.

Spotted this Kopstein's Bronzeback (Dendrelaphis kopsteini) snake at Chestnut Nature Park, Singapore, on 9 May 2021, which had caught a frog. It took a while for the snake to pull it out from below a bush and drag it away.
Brozebacks are small snakes that mainly hunt small reptiles and amphibians.
