#Nurses etc wouldn't strike if they felt working conditions were safe and manageable. No-one ever strikes just for pay.
Care of the elderly and vulnerable has long been the poor partner of #HealthServices. Bed blocking rife as care packages just do not exist to safely discharge those able to leave hospital.
This is placing untold stress on the system and needs urgently addressing.
