Written by the co-founder of #AppSheet, a #nocode product acquired by Google. After serving his 3y sentence there, he's got a lot to say about why the company isn't capable of shipping anything these days. The reasons being these 4 cultural problems:

(1) no mission
(2) no urgency
(3) delusions of exceptionalism
(4) mismanagement

I planned to do the #AdventOfCode with #Google #AppSheet, but I have not even finished day one yet. And it's all boilerplate and the logic will be in #AppScript anyways. Shall I just ditch it or continue? Halp
