Now I don't own any #Apple kit, although I used to run a design studio with six designers working on #AppleMacs so I didn't ask myself what the customer experience might be like.

Dear reader, it was shit. Create an #AppleID , log in 4 times, enter a verification code 3 times and finally, after 15 minutes, I have free Apple TV for 6 mnths. It was, bluntly, a crap process
