So, how does this thing shoot?
I'm no champion #archer but I'm happy with my results so far!
I gave the bow a service first - I thoroughly checked all the screws and fasteners were tight - found a couple of loose ones, yoke-tuned it to make sure the cams were aligned and tracking nicely, fiddled with the wrist release until I was happy with it, then paper tuned the bow.

33 followers · 535 posts · Server mastodon.nzI put the store's $200 'ready to shoot kit' on it to begin with. If I could get half-decent results with it, it will definitely be my $400 recommendation for beginners at compound bow #archery.
As a bonus to beginners, it's very adjustable too. The draw weight can be set anywhere from around 30 pounds to about 55'ish, and the draw length is easily adjustable by rotating modules on the cams. I love the idea of a compound bow that grows with the #archer.

Iām 51 & Jets is 27. We both have arthritis & I live w/ neurological impairment from a traumatic brain injury. After several months of training, we are trying mounted archery. Now we need the right equipment!
