1. If there is an #armistice signed between #Ukraine and #Russia before Ukraine has fully recaptured its territory, Russia will only see this as first step towards conquering all of Ukraine.
2. If Russia conquers all of Ukraine, it will use the resources gained to prepare its next invasion of a European country.
3. This will continue until Russia has subjugated all of #Europe and destroyed the #EU .

While part of the Third U.S. Army of Occupation after the signing of the #Armistice, my granduncle Virgil Victor Williard wrote this letter from Coblenz, Germany, to my granddaddy Clifton Cornelius Williard in Union Cross, North Carolina. His letter refers to the flu during the ongoing global pandemic and ends with these words:

"You remember how we used to work and plan together. If it is the Lord's will to carry me safely back home I am living in hopes that those days will soon come again."

Only the US can turn an important and historical day like #Armistice day, that is the global day of celebration of #Peace and ending of the #WorldWar one into a day of celebrating it's military and war by renaming it to #VeteransDat.

This is just another example of the depth of war propaganda and militarism in US politics and their way of lives.

Celebrating those who died across the globe, murdering and invading other nations rather than promoting peace and co-existence.
