At least on a more positive note today I was able to get some of my Army Painter paints replaced. I noticed they changed the labels on the bottles and they include 2 mixing balls per paint bottle!

Finished another mini. No idea who or what she is, nor what retinue she belongs to yet — vaguely some kind of combat servitor or arco-flagellant.

The entire build was inspired by a mini I found in my local hobby shop's used mini grab box. Only the torso is from the original mini, with various bits glued on.

Painted in my interpretation of the using paints.

Now waiting for the washes to dry… Haven’t really painted this way for years. 😂 I have actually used the speed paints (v1) as washes a lot. They work well if you understand them.

Not remarkably happy with how the skin tones came out with the speed paints. Gotta pick up some more solid tones for that stuff. But I made do. Speedpaints worked GREAT for the wood, leaves, other organic components.

Je continue de peindre mes avec la game Speedpaint d’. Et c’est vraiment ouf le résultat qu’on obtient avec juste une couche.

Oui je commence par peindre les détails avant la couleur dominante pour éviter de les recouvrir sans m’en rendre compte. Sinon faut remettre du blanc et ça prend trop de temps.

J’ai utilisé du Magic blue pour l’armure mais ça a l’air trop clair pour de l’Ultramarine. Peut-être du highlord Blue ?
