So, I've been working on a different monitor than my normal one, and I really need some extra eyes and feedback on this one!

1. Is it too dark? This is my main concern, can't calibrate this monitor to save my life.
2. Is the head too big? Again... mind tricks be playing every time I look at it.

Any extra thoughts are super appreciated, but those two questions are my big concerns right now. I could be missing something, of course.
