I have empty #palette feelings - not even sure what they are. I really only wanted/need thirteen slots but this is what happened. I just looked and the thirteen slot one is physically the same size. Meanwhile I am trying not to refill my main palette so I can clean and refill it and swap out some colors. #Watercolor #watercolors #artsupplies

I tried this new tool and it's kind of exciting.
The bamboo quill makes thinner lines than I expected and the brush very soft. But I like how it converts into a travel brush.

Mine has not lost hairs yet, a friend has one too and said hers looses hair... it might be a lucky pick with those.

Lunchtime art today is setting up small tester pallettes with W&N and Schminke sets I got on sale that just got here today. I just pour a lil bit in these tiny palettes to see how they dry down & re-wet before I pour into pans so I know if I have to add anything to prevent cracking. I don't expect cracking from professional paints, but it could happen. It happened to some Daniel Smith paint. #watercolors #watercolorart #paints #mastoart #art #artsupplies
