According to Fengshui build your house in an area, where the mountain is behind your home and the water in front of it. Famous example is the "Forbidden City" in Peking. The emperors created an artificial hill behind the city to follow this rule.

In China the calligraphy always belongs to the painting. It’s like the signature from the artist. The bigger characters are always the title of the painting. The smaller calligraphy shows the name of the artist and sometimes where and when the painting was created.

In addition to asking for help I'm also listing things like cameras and stuff on FB marketplace.

Haven't been having any luck insofar as selling things go on past listed items, but just added a few more cameras.

I listed for local pickup because I don't want to get 1099 taxes, BUT can ship if via CashApp or Zelle. Paypal only until 12/31

Ultimately, if I'm evicted I'm not going to have anywhere to put things,so will be listing as much as I can.

I'm not out to make a profit. All photography items are what I paid or less.

Other items are less or equal, with a couple exceptions on some antique items.
