Had a lovely lunch today with my partner at Han Lim in thanks to the wonderful recommendation of @JoBlakely (thank you 💙)

Not only was the food delicious, delicate, and expertly done, the restaurant is a fantastic space for foodies, being quiet, dimly lit, and ample space being given between tables. The owner and his family are exceedingly gracious, courteous, and friendly and help round off the experience.

We had the traditional veggie pancake, their house chicken (sautéed, not deep fried) in garlic, and Bulgogi.

As we are resting and battling thru , it’s time to step up our home cooking game. Tonight’s dish is our take on the traditional dish Japchae. We added a doenjang marinated tofu & omelette w gochugaru, giving it a spicier than usual profile

I’m a big fan of cuisine and tonight is no different. I’m enjoying this beautiful Bulgogi and omelette kimbap, similar to the Japanese sushi, but with sesame oil instead of rice vinegar. Do my comrades enjoy either out or at home?

For those in NC!

RT @Jason_epi@twitter.com

@AutisticCoach_@twitter.com Awesome! When you're in Greensboro, NC highly recommend Pho Hien Vuong and Seoul Garden, both have low lighting and easy ordering, with a few booths toward the edges that allow for a quiet lunch or dinner even if there's a busy rush. And lunch specials every day. Closed Monday.
