Today I have #COVID for the 3rd time.

First time ended up in hospital via ambulance.

Second time was only 6 month ago.

Had a booster Vaccine this June.

I am a magnet to this disease.

#AutoimmuneArthritis has flared and I am very annoyed by this. This summer my symptoms have been much better on higher doses of #Immunosuppressants but suddenly yesterday the pain and immobility hit with a hard bang. Had planned nice things for the kids last week off school but alas, it is not to be. Fingers crossed I can get past this flare without steroids as they have side effects I prefer to avoid.

I want to spend ALL my time at the moment #gardening, but my body is suffering from even small amounts and it is making me cross.

In particular weeding is hurting my lower back, in the flower beds.

Thankfully I have extra tall raised beds for the vegetable growing.

Stupid #hEDS and #AutoimmuneArthritis.

I would love if there was an extra hour between 11am and midday. My body and brain work best in the morning once the #arthritis has loosened up, so morning is my time to tidy up, cook dinner in slow cooker, and #write. But an extra hour would give me time to exercise and / or read too.

After 1pm the school runs start, and lunch must be eaten, and the #fatigue hits hard and the #arthritis becomes unpredictable.

#AutoimmuneArthritis and #BrainFog really shortens ones day.

Very impressed with these #Arthrits compression gloves. Slept with them on and woke without aching finger joints. Although as I soon as I took them off to make breakfast the aches returns. Bought from #ArthritisIreland website. Dear, but worth it for having hands that function. Wearing them all day, especially in this freezing weather.

There's nothing like a #MaeveBinchy audiobook (narrated by KateBinchy.. #MaeveBinchy should always be narrated by an Irish accent) on a day with bone deep fatigue.

Not sure if my fatigue is the start of a flare of #AutoimmuneArthritis or a touch of #AutisticBurnout after a socially heavy few days, but the cause is not important once I treat the symptoms and just rest, look after myself, and listen to magnificent tales.

Couldn't survive the pain of #AutoimmuneArthritis and #hypermobileEhlersDanlosSyndrome (hEDS) without #CBD balm but by God it makes my clothes stink. Seems to cling to some materials esp jersey cotton.

Staying in bed later than the norm is a regular occurrence for me

There've bn mornings I've crawled to 🚽, atm it's more of a waddle until my joints, muscles &ligaments ease

Any length of time in one position& my body siezes, fluid builds up in my joints due to my immune system constantly attacking thm. The natural antiinflammatory factors in my body don't work, ergo nding time to get moving
