Why no wealth tax Chancellor?
This cd raise at least ยฃ70bn from richest 1%. Silence on bankers bonuses too - presumably not keen to highlight heโ€™s sticking with plans to lift the cap. This Govt remains far more interested in rewarding rich than ending inequality
