Tim Davie is crazy, an it appears it's not just about his broadcasting decisions... but let's stick with BBC WS #shortwave availability here, shall we?

Until recently, the BBC offered SW programmes in 15 languages. However, during #B22, they closed Arabic as a radio service, and the same fate was about to face Persian service. Both rather controversial.

And it looks like Bengali is/will be gone too.

These closures account for 28 txions cut. Where are the other 10? #shortwave #A23

For #shortwave broadcast listeners... we're just 2 weeks ahead of a twice-a-year seasonal frequency change, and HFCC has just revealed the new schedules TODAY❗🔥

Another interesting development is this CRI broadcast in Chaozhou dialect @ 1800-1857z on 7285 kHz, where I've never noticed it throughout this #B22 season - and it's only 3 weeks of this season remaining! Gotta see all the bands reshuffle like balls in a lotto draw on Sunday March 26th! 😂 #shortwave

Aoki is a guy in Japan who compiles & updates the big #shortwave schedules for all stations known to be on air. Every season is a new schedule, and a few past season schedules are available at http://www1.s2.starcat.ne.jp/ndxc/ - but, most importantly, there is a current #B22 schedule too. Use the zip file at http://www1.m2.mediacat.ne.jp/binews/us/ncb22.zip , there are txt & xlsx files containing all the current schedules you want to look at 👍
