Obviously both #BLUEHOLME and #BLUEHACK are published under the OGL 1.0a, and both use elements of the WotC D&D 3.5E #SRD in the core rules. At this stage no-one knows for sure what Hasbro/WotC are planning, but the possibility exists that the #OGL 1.0a may be withdrawn. Again, the impact is unknown unless tested in a court of law.
