The downfall of @trussliz was a stitch up by the establishment and Rishi fans. She challenged the orthodoxy and they didn’t like it.

It’s nonsense that she spooked the markets. They were spooked by the BoE not putting up interest fast enough like the Fed & LDI scandal.

Por cierto, es verdad que la #LeyTrans tiene que pasar antes por el #Senado para publicarse definitivamente en el #BOE y entrar en vigor. Aún así, no se espera que haya cambios. 🤞🏼

Even if this were true (debatable), the impact should be small. The #BoE has suggested that the recent cost of living support package (>£15 billion) will add just 0.1 percentage points to #inflation.

La #AGE puede intervenirlas (requiriendo, art. 4, convalidación judicial para proteger los derechos de los ciudadanos), pero ello no soluciona la necesaria participación de otras #AAPP, especialmente las locales, en la prestación de estos servicios, relegando su papel al régimen de autoprestación.
