Works for any instance that transcodes to audio only and has lightning plug-in >= 0.2.0 alpha installed

brute force hacking at the built in RSS feed to add the value block and make the audio file the enclosure. Plan to add the torrents for the video files in alternate enclosures.

The index value is primarily needed for backwards compatibility with some analytics apps and to more completely meet the #boostagrams spec.

Pairs nicely with the new built int youtube/odysee/bitchute sync

Once I figured out to determine the current play position in the video to properly support #boostagrams, it was pretty easy to extend to support streaming sats while listening.

Now I need to make it configurable and figure out how to implement splits elegantly.

fixed some UI issues and published the plugin so anyone can test it out.

currently #boostagrams seem to be working reliably with getalby.com wallets. working on adding more configuration options and splits.
