They are now playing the effects in a static way if the transport is stopped. Not muted anymore if stopped. Don't ask me why I had the idea to mute them before. This was really irritating.

#BSlizr (EN, DE, RU, IT, FR),
#BChoppr (EN, DE, IT),
#BSEQuencer (EN, DE, IT), and
#BJumblr (EN, DE)

Other projects will follow.
Any additional translations are welcome. How to contribute? Simply copy and rename `src/Locale_EN.hpp` and edit the text for the respective definitions. Build with your LANGUAGE parameter (e.g. `make LANGUAGE=IT`). See also README.md
