A very close cousin of the #BadlyParkedBikeShare - the #BadlyParkedScooterShare 🛴😡🙅♂️
This one was completely blocking the footpath on a busy street in #Marseille, France.
Marseille was the worst I'd ever seen. It had the most bikes and scooters blocking streets.
