For patisserie week, thought I'd give a go at a bake I'd seen on a previous season of Bake Off. This classic Opera cake is layered with coffee buttercream, almond sponge and chocolate ganache 🍫.
This will be last bake of the season as I'll be away for the final episode of #BakeOff! Maybe I'll have to make a showstopper when I'm back from my trip!
