Then the (oft overwrought) legal aspects of incorporating a new coop is as easy as ordering a book for your state, reading it, and signing together.

Then the work can get started!

Both are working hard to make cooperatively owned software for a niche audience.

I’m working on #Convene and #ZincCoop, but we move at a much slower pace and aren’t likely to be able to pay anyone anything unless someone joins who is excited about customer development and community building.
