Wie gewonnen, so zerronnen! Gestern habe ich in Bannerlord meine erste, eigene Burg bekommen und sie wird direkt belagert! Ich fürchte, ich werde sie nicht halten können!

I picked up Bannerlord for the first time the other day, and I'm so glad I did. Absolutely blown away by the visual and quality-of-life upgrades to the original games.

I've Signed myself up to the blatantly Celtic-inspired Kingdom and I'm looking forward to dominating the continent of Calradia.

Si je me prend #Bannerlord pour Noël, je devrais le prendre sur steam ou GoG ? J'ai une grosse préférence pour GoG mais j'ai aussi peur de manquer la praticité du workshop

One of the nicest bits about #Bannerlord is toodling about in the villages.

They just need more stuff to do there, it's odd that the dev team went through all the work of building them only for them to rarely host any gameplay beyond the occasional battle.

If I learn how to build quests for the game I will probably use them to enrich village visits.

I've reached the point in my first post-release #Bannerlord playthrough where the game starts to lose me a bit. Thinking about it, it seems there's a number of factors - less story-related events going on, more grindy/repetitive gameplay, and more needing to rely on one's NPC allies to not do stupid things (NPC war parties on the map still make a lot of baffling choices).

Hopefully there will be enough people modding and hitting the same snags that these aspects can be improved in time. For now, I'm saving a file with a list of ideas in case I end up tackling them myself.
