I tend to be a mainstream sort of player but the most obscure would probably have to be a play test of Lashings of Ginger Beer by Simon Washbourne when I ran the Innsworth RPG club (from 1999-2004). Simon, of course, later created #BarbariansOfLemuria. I have a signed copy of the printed PDF version that I bought just before it was released. I jokingly said to Simon it was so I could cash in when he became famous 😉

Mini Six comes close. And I used to be able to knock out a TFT character as fast. But beyond those, not much comes close on both speed and depth.
