Heute zum ersten Mal ausprobiert. Passives #Kochen von #Nudeln. Kennt ihr vermutlich alle schon, aber trotzdem:
Nudeln 2 Minuten kochen lassen, dann Herd ausschalten und 10 Minuten (diese Sorte) mit Deckel drauf garen lassen.
Das soll lt. #Barilla bis zu 80 % #Energie sparen.

#Barilla macht jetzt Nudelverpackungen zu 100% aus Papier - das spart nochmals 126.000kg Plastik.

Und das Recycling wird leichter - das kleine Plastikfenster habe ich bisher immer per Hand rausfummeln müssen um Papier und Plastik getrennt zu sammeln.

Kaufe schon länger keine Bio-Nudeln mehr, die leider hier im REWE in Plastik verpackt sind. Bio ist nicht immer logisch. 🤪
