Cooking my Mummy's recipe #ChickenCurry and #BasmatiRice - bonus is my house smells properly like home.

I'm not the tidiest cook so I've got #haldi splodges all over me and lil ouchy burns from the spitting oil but I have a deep sense of satisfaction.

I'll post pics up later when it's done. Smells absolutely gorgeous and it is so, so, SO far from takeaway / white people's curries. I wish non-#SouthAsians could taste the real thing just once.
