Oftentimes, we can’t perceive our own light bc we’re within it. Looking outward from center, everything appears to be uniformly lit /the same frequency of wavelength or illumination. More often than not, you are a beacon for others. They can see your light. When you feel small or invisible, take a deep breath and say, “I am light. I am energy.
