Holy fucking shit I just finished #Beforeigners

The bodies as they are represented in #Beforeigners are a really appreciated breeze of fresh air compared to what US media feeds us. The Norse are not Marvel's Thor but they're hairy, have some fat, etc.

The present-times cop that is the guiding thread between episodes and characters is shown to have a chiselled upper body, and also spends quite a lot of time with a splint for his wrist.
No idea if that was part of the creative intent of the series but it's certainly something I notice.

Übrigens, ich hab' gerade mal bei imdb reingeschaut um #Beforeigners mit #Travelers zu vergleichen: Travelers schneidet mit 8.0 besser ab (Beforeigners liegt bei 7.8). Völlig unverständlich für mich.
Beforeigners ist sehr viel besser, und das Setting ist auch spannender. Travelers ist dagegen ja einfach nur TIME Stories die Serie.

Würde ja gern #Beforeigners bingen aber gibt nur drei Folgen inner Mediathek. 😐

Mit #1899 und #Beforeigners wurden nun zwei Serien abgesetzt, die mir sehr gut gefallen haben und die in meinen Augen noch enormes Potential hatten.
Hatte mich so auf die kommenden Staffeln gefreut. Vielleicht sollte ich nur noch Serien gucken, die bereits komplett sind.
Bei #1899 hoffe ich noch, dass ein anderer Anbieter übernimmt, aber die Chance wird wohl leider gering sein.

Great acting, good music choice, fantastic setting. Unlike most shows, every moment where they just drive around town is worth watching, as there's always something completely crazy happening in the background - incredible attention to detail. 👍
