I set an alarm for 6:00 to take my #ADHD meds then a second one for 7:00 to listen to today’s #inflow lesson, muck around on my phone for a bit then do a Wake Up #Bend stretching routine before having a shower at 7:30.

I think I have come up with a winning formula for getting up in the morning. I’ve set an alarm for 6:00 to take my #ADHD meds then a second alarm for 7:00. Then I can listen to today’s #inflow lesson and do a Wake Up #Bend stretching routine before I go to have a shower at 7:30.
Today was the first day of this particular configuration and it worked. I really struggle with mornings and it’s actually harder getting up when the kids are at their dad’s.
