Bess and Kumquat are sleeping on the bed together.

It's not often that they lay on the bed at the same time mainly because Kumquat isn't much of a bed kitty. But I guess with how cold it is, things are a bit different for the day.

It's #Caturday so here's a picture of Bess that I got yesterday while laying in bed trying to take a quick nap.

She can be so hard to photograph at times and the light coming into the room made it much more difficult.

She's 13 years old, now weighs about 16 pounds. She once weighed around 23 pounds but due to age she's losing weight.

She is a very sweet and affectionate kitty, but she also likes a lot of alone time.

This is Bess. She's 13 years old and very set in her ways. And yes, she's eating her treat while sitting on the back of the couch.

She's a very large kitty, or at least was most of her earlier life. She's about 16 - 17 pounds now. She was once nearly 24 pounds just a couple of years or so ago. She's lost weight due to old age.

She's the most loving, sweetest kitty I've ever owned!
