If you compare this image to yesterday’s you will see that the #Moon has moved quite a bit closer to #Venus, which is almost in the same position with respect to #BetaTauri, above and left of Venus and you can also see #IotaAurigae above and to the right of the #planet in the cropped image. As more of the Moon is lit, bright #cresent segment is slightly over exposed.

It’s a clearish #night (well, #dusk to be precise, I suppose) and a nearly #NewMoon appearing in the vicinity of #Venus. In the original image, I can also make out #BetaTauri above and to the left of Venus and #Adebaran to the left of the Moon. They may or may not appear on this reduced resolution image.
