When... um... somebody* got a flat yesterday and they asked for an air pump, I offered mine and they said it's no good for the tire because the tire is big, 26" x 1.95".
Is it good for anything? Did I just water my money? I guess I just leave this one for #LilBlue ๐ต๐ฒ eh?
#BigBike โช๐ฒ needs the serious battery-powered air pump, which I do already have at home. It's just so heavy. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Oh, #BigBike is a 26" #MountainBike. ๐ It folds, but it's huge and heavy. Nothing like those Bromptons or Dahon #bikes.
My other #bike is #LilBlue, a 16" Japan surplus. It's a #foldie but also nothing like those fancy expensive ones. It has a basket and rear rack. I plan to use it for small errands and short trips ๐
I mostly practice with #BigBike. Feels more stable. Not easy riding on small wheels with no #PedalAssist, especially for li'l ol' me. ๐

Rode to the #bike shop to get the riser installed to add height to #BigBikeโs handlebar. I was on pedal assist about half the time, I think, due to the stress of being out on the wild streets. ๐ฌ
Couldn't cross the avenue's 4 lanes to turn left. Ended up on an extra looooong joy ride. Better safe than sorry.
Thank God for #PedalAssist and #ebikes. ๐๐
The ride back was easier. And cooler. It rained! ๐คธ And I was very happy #cycling in the rain. Good thing I'm not a gremlin, eh? ๐

Thanks. ๐ Yeah, it's an #ebike. But I hardly use the power features. I only learned to use the throttle and pedal assist recently, thanks to kind strangers who showed me how.
I love my #bike. ๐ I chose it as my #OneBikeToRuleThemAll -- meaning no more upgrades and selling/swapping. But then I found out only wheels 20" or smaller are allowed on our metro. So I also got me an old #JapanSurplus 16" #foldie. ๐

I really need to get the handlebar/stem on my 26" #BigBike adjusted a little higher* and closer* to me. Waiting to get an appointment to get it serviced. Maybe I can do it myself but I'm worried about getting the wrong parts/sizes. It's not complicated, is it? I think I can #bike longer once I get it modified.
And my #LilBlue 16" surplus foldie needs new grips, I think. I find that I end my practice due to hand fatigue/pain due to the grip. Or do I just get padded gloves? ๐ค
