I've been thinking about something similar.

There has been a lot of talk and memes about a man named Roy Epps being a Fed Provocateur leading up to Jan 6. Even @BrianCates on his telegram channel has joined in that fun.

Seems to me that Mr. Epps would have a good case for defamation. Even from left wing media who referred to him as #CrowdControl and #BigMagaCamo. That is before he was inexplicable let off the hook.

Discovery might reveal the truth. Can't have that.
