Which is best? one that attaches to the seat post or one that attaches to the rear hub spindley bit (technical term.. I'm obviously an expert here - Not! ;P )

if the latter and you have quick release wheels is this an issue?

I was also previously considering security spindle thingies (again with the tech speak.. sorry ;p )
