Our favorite Chinese restaurant is out in the VA suburbs, which means that we rarely go there since we sold our car. Today we're going to ride our bikes there. We'll be the sweaty people eating Peking duck.

My workplace has a YEARS LONG wait for bike parking permits -- the process is entirely broken. At the same time, there is PLENTY of bike parking available in the overflow rack in the parking garage. Basically, nobody parks there. How unethical is it to park my bike there and just pretend I didn't know I needed a permit? #BikeDC

My new bike route to #pottery wasn't great. It was fine all the way north on the #MBT until I had to head east on Franklin Street. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It was really busy and doesn't have bike lanes most of the way. #BikeDC

This doesn't really make any sense, but I'm less scared to bike in D.C. than I am to drive a car in D.C. Probably because I'm less likely to kill someone. #BikeDC
