#NYC has incredibly high income #taxes so this is pretty short sighted from purely an #economic perspective
the more people that get #disabled by #longCovid & no longer participate in the workforce will probs cost #billions too
business owners who become disabled will also mean less #tax revenue
doing the right thing, in my experience tho a struggle, pays off in the end
#ericAdams makes #deBlasio look like a great #nycMayor in comparison, which is… truly something
