Absolutely full of rage at the moment, being honest. Vicky Phelan's death comes from the same culture of cover up and callous indifference to the wellbeing of the citizens of our nation as "turning the blind eye" to #BlackrockBoys, or #Grace or #Brandon. It needs to be channelled - I'm just not sure how yet. Pushing for a broader scale version of duty of candour to encompass a broader range of professionals might be one way.
