I saw #BlueBeetle last night and really enjoyed the movie. I thought it was awesome, which really surprised me. I loved the family dynamic of the story and the cast of characters. It’s great to see Latinos being represented in this way too. Easily one of the best #DC movies made. I hope they continue with the character and same lead actor in future #DCU projects.

So, we watched #BlueBeetle last night, and we had so much fun. Xolo was the draw, but #GeorgeLopez was the highlight of the film as Uncle Rudy.

But yet, the critics are saying it's bad, and it's underperforming in the box office.

Do I just like shitty movies?

BLUE BEETLE is funny and touching, with an '80s coming-of-age action/comedy vibe.

My nephew and I saw it in IMAX in NYC with a big, responsive crowd, which really heightened the experience.

It's the perfect antidote for "superhero fatigue." Don't miss it!

#Trailers preceding the #RPX #screening of #Barbie this afternoon highlighted why I've always hated the #animation look of #Pixar, #Dreamworks, etc.

The #art #style in trailer for #TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles looks so much better than what I saw in the next trailer, for a #Trolls #movie (which feels like I've been seeing for a year).

The #CGI in the #BlueBeetle trailer also looks superior to Trolls.

Pixar, et al., have a soulless, shiny plastic look.

#Spiderverse #flicks are the best looking.
