I have been gifted some #bluecheese as part of an Xmas platter.

No one in our house likes blue cheese. All the #recipes to use up the cheese (for people who don't like it) I could find on a quick Google contained onions. Usually caramelised.

Mrs T is allergic to onions. So we don't have any, and it would be twice as inedible at that point anyway.

Anyone got any genius suggestions?

Started on Oct. 22, 2022. The idea was to make a #bluecheese, but it never developed veins, even though I pierced it after about 1 week.

Instead, the #mould grew on the surface, and it came out a bit like a tomme.

Soft, intense, delish, even if it wasn't what I was after.

So, #success or #failure?

Tonight I am creating a brand new #recipe from my head space. It will include the new #FollowYourHeart #BlueCheese chunks & tofu.
