NASA has selected Blue Origin's National Team as the second Human Landing System lunar lander provider.

Their Blue Moon lander is planned to be used for the Artemis V mission, preceded by an uncrewed demonstration mission.

#Starship will be the first orbital rocket🚀 launch from Texas.
Texas already had #space #history with #BlueOrigin crewed suborbital flights in Van Horn, #SpaceX uncrewed hopper & F9R landing tests in McGregor and #NASA Gemini/Apollo/Shuttle/ISS mission control in Houston.

As a space geek I will continue to root for the success of #BlueOrigin as right now we need more competition in the space arena.

#SpaceX, #Boeing & #LockheedMartin are the only realistic options right now (at least for the #UnitedStates 🇺🇸) to help make humanity a multi-planetary species.
