Leider wurde es Zeit, jetzt auch hier den ersten Filter zu verwenden. Alles, was den ehemaligen #Bluebird und seinen Besitzer betrifft, wird mir hier viel zu präsent.

Compared to all the rant on #Bluebird about #cplusplus it may come as a surprise to see C++ in the first 3 entries of the #Tiobe index. IMO it’s not a surprise. It’s the result of carefully crafting new features and painfully discussing critical things.

It’s not perfect and some things need to be fixed or even need to be broken. But do not underestimate the promise that your code will compile in 20 years with only slight modifications.

@kkomaitis this is the next logical step in a development started at least 21 years ago, manifesting its ugliness in the #WarOnTerror, everyone being fine with #Guantanamo, being fine with chasing #Assange and #45 as a demasking of what US foreign policy always has been: #AmericaFirst. #Musk starting his career at #Bluebird with giving back #45’s account is consequential. We better all emancipate from these "values" and find a way how this world works without this #hegemony.
