It's 7:41 am at the corner #Churrería and the line cook is wrangling large bowls of #Masa (dough). Wish I could have some, but all that starch and seed oil does not agree with me in any way.

Went with my #Bocadillo with tomato, cheese, and olive oil, and I think that's a great birder's #Breakfast.
