As someone carrying difficult stuff connected to my body, my gender ID, and my mental health (also I think probable dyspraxia) I've found her classes really *really* helpful in getting an exercise habit going again.

Viel besser wäre es anzuerkennen das einige mit Eleganz und Schönheit gesegnet sind andere nicht.
#Bodyneutral würde heißen es ist nicht wichtig wie du aussiehst. Die Dichotomie von Schön und. Hässlich tritt in den Hintergrund.
