Does anyone remember that episode of The Simpsons where their washing machine got moldy and everyone started calling them The Stinksons?

I accidentally left some clothes in my washing machine, and now I'm thinking about that episode as I do what I can to remedy the situation.

Bleach, vinegar, borax, baking soda, and hot water to the rescue.

The ramp up of my #turpentine experience continues. 5 drops yesterday, 6 drops this morning.

I am sleeping like a baby these days and waking up refreshed. I can't totally attribute this to turpentine, not yet anyway. I've had stretches where I slept well before.

My running and training has started to go well after my leg injury. So there's that. The #Borax maintenance protocol that I'm still on has really done its job here.

So no ill effects from turpentine. 7 drops tomorrow, on my way to 20. Then the real fun begins! 😁

Two drops of #turpentine today.

Went out for a run afterwards and did okay. After finishing up I did take a bit of an impromptu nap for an hour before getting out there into the world.

Looks like things are normalizing after an interesting start. Three drops tomorrow, most likely.

I talked to a guy who went all in on turpentine to start, using 1 full teaspoon on sugar. He got floored for a day by what they call a Herxheimer reaction to the mass death of parasites. Laughed and told me that being gradual is a lot better. 😁

Unlike #Borax, which is completely safe to use, I won't recommend turpentine until you look into it yourself. If you decide to do it, be very cautious and do your research before hitting the turpentine bottle. The stuff is quite potent.

After doing tons of research on it, I've finally started the turpentine protocol. #Turpentine is supposed to help cleanse the body of parasites & fungus, which "might" include cancer (that argument is up in the air; I'm willing to accept any arguments right now).

Remember that this is NOT the turpentine sold at Home Depot or Lowe's. This is the pure distilled product, 100% gum spirits.

It's only one drop today. I'll detail as time goes on. The starting protocol is about a month long; I'll readily stop if things go negative.

Basically parasites and fungus are like malware on a computer operating system. It slows the OS down, or fatigues you. The goal is to get something in there to clear out the malware...so that the body functions effectively again. It's all on paper, but would it be interesting if it actually works like #Borax did.

We'll see.
